Tyrone, Birmingham, and Tipton around 915 PM EDT. Spruce Creek around 920 PM EDT. Franklinville around 925 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Petersburg, Alexandria, Juniata College, and Delgrosso's Amusement Park. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
